This without installing additional software. The new HTML5 protocol is called Blast. Connecting by using the Blast HTML protocol can be handy when you are on a device that does not have the VMware VMware View lets you set up PCoIP sessions between PCoIP clients and PCoIP host cards. Using a PCoIP host card installed in a physical PC or workstation lets you remote higher end 3D applications that use dedicated GPUs. Also included with VMware View 4 is PCoIP protocol which is purpose built for the desktop and delivers improved user experience over the LAN and WAN.
