Jan 24, 2018 · Hi Ian. Here is the story: Lady had Windows 10, didn't care for it and obtained a legal Windows 8.1 in German from a friend. She installed it and there were bugs. She asked me to look at it. We redid a clean install on the 8.1 but the only thing no working was the store. I have checked and she still has the feature packages in the programs file.
