I had a problem with my student discount through Spotify for the deal with Hulu, Showtime and Spotify and since Spotify doesn't have a customer service hotline I Hulu is great in that we can catch up on shows we’ve missed, but streaming it via Roku can be annoying. The interface is not as user friendly as Prime or Netflix. Oftentimes after an ad break the picture zooms in and the only way to fix it is to exit the app and restart Hulu. Last night it took 4 tries to fix this. The 24/7 Hulu customer service by means of live chat has really provided the customers with an ease of access as they can contact the customer service team whenever they are facing serious issues. If a user is facing any serious trouble, the experts can help them to fix them in no time as they are extremely experienced in their fields.
